I just saw this lawsuit newly filed on 4/11/14 and chaturbate is one of the defendants.

Does anyone know anything or understand any of this?

i googled CB company name and address
Main Office: Multi Media, LLC 23600 El Toro Rd #D344, Lake Forest, CA 92630

I thought about joining CB and was doing some research (including here on ACF) when that popped up and now I'm confused....

also, why is a company with a main office in CA has another company in FL handling their claim infringement? Is this how all website company works?

It's a patent troll case. They hope that it'll be more expensive to fight it so they'll offer them a settlement. Usually a very small amount but if the plaintiff does it to enough companies he can make a living off of it. Most of these get dismissed outright.

They're claiming to having invented "streaming media buffering" back in around 1998/99 but didn't get to patent this groundbreaking invention until 2012/13. :-D
