1. No, camscore on MFC doesn't depend on how good or bad you filled up your profile.

From my experience, many users really don't check models' bios (on CB) or profiles (on MFC) so it could barely be an actual reason for viewers to avoid your room. But I still think that a good bio/profile does make some sense and is nice to look at. But you can fill it up
step by step, with time. Don't worry.
You surely can make a profile by yourself if you know some basics about HTML and CSS. Many, if not most, models create their profiles on their own.
I find paying some pro for creating a good looking profile a huge money waste if you're new.
It just won't pay off in most cases.
Though, it's definitely worth a shot when you're somehow stable and when you've got your brand name already.
2. Many models successfully sell their picture sets. So do I. You can sell literally whatever: pre-made photos and videos, custom photos and videos, subscriptions to social media accounts (for example, to Snapchat), fan signs, club memberships with some perks, real stuff (bra, panties, stockings, socks, Polaroids) if you're fine with delivering.
3. I personally don't recommend to create an Instagram account because they aren't SW-friendly. But if you decided to get it, just keep it private and promote it through other social accounts you've got for camming & cam-sites you work on.
Instagram doesn't allow nudity.
So I doubt some models post something nude on their accounts. If they do, they'll get blocked eventually (quickly in most cases).
4. Twitter is public. You can keep your account private but if your goal is getting some traffic outside of your current cam-site, a private profile won't work for you.
If you only want to add your fans manually and don't want to advertise yourself, a private profile will work for you.
You can promote your Twitter account on your cam-page as well.
