The guy is a tool, and deserves bad things to happen to him, but is it really worth your time? If you were to contact the police and they were to actually investigate, that would be even more of your time shot to hell along with a possible disruption to your privacy in exchange for what would probably just be a slap on the wrist, at best.

I get the whole "principle" thing, and the desire for this not to happen to other models, but I'd get on with my life, if I were you.

I think that's what a lot of camgirls have been doing after getting fleeced by this guy...
About time someone said "no you actually need to be accountable" to him.

HOw much time will it really take? a phone call to the UK. Some screenshots to the police. They can go from there right?

Re privacy: Can't i just give them an anonymous tip?

From what understand in the UK, there is an additional step where cops typically contact the accuse and deliver a stern lecture. I don't think this would require revealing any information.

I dont know a lot about the law around fraud here but I think the chances of him being prosecuted based on screenshots are slim. However I would assume that the police would have to investigate at least. This would surely mean visiting him to ask him about it and possibly even speaking to his parents/the owner of the cards. Hopefully this would be enough to scare him into not trying this again.

I think thats probably the best you can do and it might even be enough...

Right. I mean.. isn't it their job to investigate? I figure if he HAS been stealing his mums card..they will find proof. He seems pretty dumb about leaving paper trails.

Threatening to tell if he doesn't pay back could be construed as blackmail, which is a fetish and can be illegal.

 I'm sorry, my brain turned off immediately after reading that. It's funny how the setting can change the important points of a situation. Blackmail described on a forum devoted to sex work? It's a fetish, and it can be illegal! Blackmail anywhere else? It's illegal, and can be a fetish.

As to the rest of the conversation, I have to say that angry mobs tend not to get things done without further and often worse fallout. Folks here might wish to consider that for their own well-being.

If payments have been pulled an orders cancelled because he's using a card which isn't his then he has already been outed and the person whose card he has used will be aware of the transactions.

The merchant will take action if they consider it worth doing, likewise the card holder, so maybe he has a forgiving mother/wife.

It can be tricky which is why I mentioned both, didn't think about the order I listed them. What I understood from what was posted here and from some of the custom requests I've gotten in the past, this dude absolutely sounds like he has a blackmail fetish of sorts.

Just a head's up for anyone who does film blackmail fetish stuff, be careful and cover your ass. Have your labels and warnings easy to find so you don't end up in hot water.

Cops investigate something lmao that's a good one. If British cops are anything like the ones from my neck of the woods I doubt they'll do anything, but a call to them couldn't hurt on the off chance they will look into it. IMO your best bet at a little pay back is to let his mom/wife know what he's been doing.

Anectada: we were just discussing in the office how the police deals with bike (the self-powered kind) thefts from homes and comparing Switzerland and the UK. Here (CH), the cops will show up at your place the next day at 8:00, will dust the place the bike was in for prints and will investigate it. In the UK, they'll just give you the paperwork needed to make an insurance claim and won't bother investigating.

Now, considering that this is fraud and there's quite likely a lot of paper trail (communication between him and models, records on the credit card company's side, on amazon, etc), it's an 'easier' case .. You might be lucky and get a cop that wants to bump his stats on his performance review and might look into it.

Thanks Miss_Lollipop, seems you have found a real low life. There is one or two scamming models I would like to see this member paired with

Camming is so much about trust. From either side of the camera and in so many ways you can be scammed. Experience is not always a defence against it either. Lucky for other models reading this, he got too greedy and targeted the wrong model. You are a good woman Miss_Lollipop, thanks.

I am surprised you were the one to take the risk though, most models don't do that.
