I messaged MFC to raise my debt token ceiling by 1.4 trillion but got no reply. Leo didn't even call last week to see how the models were treating me.

Impossible, the model/studio end gets 5c per, MFC takes it's cut on whatever the tokens sell for above that amount. Not only would MFC be working for free, but they'd be doing it for the customers who buy the most - that would be cuckoo.
Anyway a friend of mine has 60k odd points and we were discussing token prices per package and I can't remember exactly the amount he said but it was no lower than 7.5c per
nz, that just makes you sound silly. While I could possibly believe there may have been single transactions for less than 7.3 cents arranged for big spenders, most likely those using bank transfers or something guaranteed, it would NOT make sense for anyone over a certain amount of reward points to get them at cost. I've known at least 3 people who are well over 50k rp, and highly doubt those folks were getting them at a better rate, or they probably would have at least hinted at it to me.nzhere said:Jupiter551 said:nzhere said:I think guys on 50000 reward points get 5 cent tokens.

Your friend should talk to mfc about that

That eliminates profit margins on their highest-paying customers... I can't imagine that's a constant deal if it exists at all.nzhere said:I think guys on 50000 reward points get 5 cent tokens.

But the strange thing is I also have an unconnected basic account which has shot up to the same level. Surely there must be some glitch in the system for that to happen. Has this happened to anybody else?

Did you use the same email address for both your premium and basic account? I have several accounts and when I use the same e-mail to register all my purchase options are available to me.

A good point. But now I've checked, they are different email addresses. But this has only happened in the last few days. Previously the max token package I could buy on my basic account was 900 - now it's 7575 (same as my premium account).

I'm cheap too. I don't have lots of reward points but love using my BAF link
Guys spending so much on tokens makes my mind boggle.. how can they justify this type of spending when they do their banking, budgeting etc. I can't make sense of it but I'm not complaining

My theory:upgrayedd said:If the absolute limit is 200,000, how were there single tips of 260K and upwards of 422K?
Even if the token storage feature let you store 200K in addition to 200K in normal tokens, where did the extra 22,000 tokens and change come from(which by itself makes my biggest tip ever look puny)?
[rant] Megatippers: The species of MFC user I loathe more than basics.[/rant]
That was some time ago and I now have more RP than then (9507 if anyone cares for comparison purposes). The 1875 package is still available but the 3775 hasn't returned yet and my purchase limit is 8 and my storage limit is at 60,000.Mirra said:All I know is I bought the 900 token package about 4 times in a month and the 1875 package opened up. I bought that one 3 times in about 60 days and the next one up opened up. I've never bought the 3775 package and actually have purchased smaller packages recently and the 3775 package has disappeared as an option for me.

Yep, that's the most likely explanation. What kind of business would turn down extra cash?! But I guess they do need an official spending limit for liability reasons.Mirra said:My theory: The default "automated" packages and storage limits can be circumvented manually by admins for premiums who want to buy really large numbers of tokens via a bank transfer.
[OT]Mirra said:(snip)...As for the mega tippers thing... I personally wish I could be in their shoes. There are a few girls I think it would be fun to lay over 100k on... though I imagined I'd need to have some of them sit down first.
upgrayedd said:Only last week, I was in a room where everyone was having a blast - people were tipping for music requests, people were tipping for shots, people were tipping just to tip, as well as tipping for a nakie lotion show countdown. When the countdown(which was 3000) was reached, the model had just barely got her top undone and then....BAM! She received a 3000 token tip which requested she stay clothed, to which she obliged. This went over surprisingly well. The vibe in the room was still great and there was great dialogue and most everyone laughed it off(except for maybe one or two guys, who stormed out). After a few minutes, the model put up another countdown..this time 1500 for nakie show. The requisite number of tips rolled in and she recommenced the show. After about a minute....a 1500 token tip from the same guy with a public tip note of "CLOTHES BACK ON" (in all caps no less). This time no one was amused, not even the model - who continued the show. Given a choice of either pacifying a potential golden goose or keeping her room and regulars happy...she opted for the latter. My kind of model. Yay!
Jupiter551 said:You know what the "savings" you get by buying 7575 tokens at a time vs 900? $39. Huge saving right?
If you're super-disciplined and will continue to tip at the same rate you would if you were buying tokens every couple of weeks then you saved money. If you're like most of us and tip more because you have more, you probly just spent an extra $500 that you otherwise wouldn't have.
Yeah, thankfully some models realise that antisocial is antisocial, even if he is spending money - unless he's planning to be her permanent sugar-daddy this kind of stuff is a double-edged sword.SoTxBob said:upgrayedd said:Only last week, I was in a room where everyone was having a blast - people were tipping for music requests, people were tipping for shots, people were tipping just to tip, as well as tipping for a nakie lotion show countdown. lol.. I think I know him... He runs a handful of nics and is indeed a bit of a child that loves to control via his cash. Some rooms he's very vocal and some he's quiet as a mouse, tipping 'behind the curtain' or as annon.
That said, I've done the same thing a few times when the majority of the room doesn't participate at all but 'demands' rudely ...

I don't understand why you would post this. Does it make sense to you? If it doesn't make sense to you, it's probably not going to make sense to anyone else either.
Models get five cents for each token. So MFC wouldn't profit anything on that. These rumors of five cent and lower packages are just that; rumors.nzhere said:I think guys on 50000 reward points get 5 cent tokens.

Other than his number being a little off, he's absolutely right. But the actual number of tokens/hour for the 1000 camscore varies every hour. It's almost always somewhere between 350 and 450 tokens per hour.
