Hi everyone! I'm Alice ,I'm new here ! We have been broadcasting on stripchat for over 3 years under the name aliceanddavehot, an account with almost 80k followers! In over 3 years we have never had even a single warning from the staff, we have accumulated hundreds of excellent reviews and we have always respected the rules! On Monday our account was permanently banned for playing a pre-recorded video, because my partner had left the pvt on and sent a video, it was a mistake ok! He shouldn't have done it ok! But can you ban people forever who in over 3 years have never received a warning from support, everything always perfect and then for a mistake not even give a second chance?? please, I don't know how to do without it, it was now my job and my passion, and my 80 thousand followers helped me live better! It's an injustice to lose 3 years of sacrifices for a single mistake without a second chance! help me please alice

probably someone complained to the support, there are many haters in the cams, even the broadcasters themselves. Does it seem fair to you? So making two people lose their jobs from one day to the next after three years for a mistake, without ever having warned and without giving a second chance, does not seem fair to me at all! In other cam sites they warned us several times of mistakes we were making and obviously we immediately stopped, once we were banned but for two weeks as a punishment let's say for not having read the rules well and that's fair!! but we are not fair to permanently lose the work built in 3 years without ever having been warned!! This is absurd and it is really unfair for the people who undertake this job! We are human and we can make mistakes, warning at least once before making people lose their jobs would be fair in my opinion! I would understand not having tolerance for serious things, for example children or animals or similar disgusting things.. but we have not done anything monstrous!!

And how would they complain that it's a recording if it's the first time they saw it? how would they know it's a recording?

probably they heard the sound of the tips that did not correspond to the transmission but the point is that we were never warned and I repeat that to err is human and as I wrote above it is not something where rightly there should be zero tolerance!! then if you simply like to point the finger, I hope that in life everything always goes well for you!

Definitely not no. Never play recordings or videos unless they're short. loop and have a functional purpose like showing a Be Right Back message

it's the weekend. you need to be patient. support or a sc rep will get to you when they can. again, be patient. i understand you are very stressed about this.
in the meantime start signing up for other sites while you are in limbo. be sure to follow the rules to a T. prerecorded streams are not allowed on most camsites.

have already clearly said that ours was a mistake, a violation of the rules!! but it is not something so serious as to ban permanently without at least first sending a warning not to repeat the violation!! to err is human, to persevere is diabolical!!

Hi thank you very much. We already broadcast on cb , but in sc we had a nice community of almost 80k followers who loved our content! I could understand a ban of one week, 2 even 1 month..but not permanently at the first warning moreover! this is brutal, unfair and depressing
