3D Printed items

So I just got a pretty nice 3D printer and I'm super excited about it. Do you guys have any idea what sorts of things members might like/ buy if I 3D printed them?

Depends on your printer and it's capabilities. If you have a club symbol or something. I played with the idea a while back of little figurines of myself with a slot for a hidden thumb drive full of porn but the 3d printer I was using wasn't capable of the higher detail and size I needed. You can do little accessories and the like. The sorta stuff that would go into care packages or member boxes if you do those sorts of things. If you haven't already checked it out as a resource, Thingiverse has a lot of different ideas and files you can download for your printer or alter for your needs

Oh figurines are a great idea. I have a chibi of myself I could probably use as a model. My printer is able to print very detailed, and relatively large items. I just don't have tons of ideas for it

Keychains with your logo or something on them is an idea!

Keep in mind bigger items take a long while to complete, so if you offer big prints don't take too many orders at once or the printer will never sleep .

What printer do you have? We recently upgraded from a basic one (MP Select Mini 3D Printer V1) to a more advance/larger one (Original Prusa i3 MK2S) and my largest build - a makeup brush holder - took around 2 days to complete! It was a noisy couple of days.

Keychains with your logo or something

Nice thing about keychains is the Z access is short. and if you can easily print several at a time. autocad makes allot of free software for 3d printers.
