A 32-year-old model who held the record for the world's largest implants has walked away from a car crash after her breasts acted as an airbag. I do not believe that is what really happened, but it was a good excuse to post this picture. She has to have back trouble hauling those things around.

Erm, the only question I have from the first picture is... how does she manage to turn the wheel as I can only imagine her boobs rub all over it? Surely with knockers that big the car horn is constantly being pressed!

Sometimes boobs that big can look grotesque; yet in this case they actually work on her. As a guy, i'm a lover of all boobs. Possible infection is a real issue with these implants. If bacteria gets inside the implant, it's just found itself some nice saline to feed on. It will multiply like nothing else, and if there is any way whatsoever for that bacteria to get out: Blood poisoning. This can get very serious. For the health risks alone something like this is totally inadvisable. There are some people who just really want to have this done, but also many who feel they need to because they feel self conscious and lacking in confidence about their size. That last part is what really depresses me, that these people are potentially getting blood poisoning and going through this simply because they feel insecure.

Agreed with Amber- those do cause real problems and can cause serious infections. And honestly their soooo big, It's just like not attractive anymore to me.

Its sad that some girls allow so much of their identity to be bound up in physical attribute like a couple fake boobs. Even guys aren't that shallow (for the most part )

Dude, I'm running around with a 30FF but because I'm so short I have to sit very close to the steering wheel. Because of that my boobs do totally rub against the steering wheel. If I look behind me when trying to check for parallel parking or anything I actually end up honking the horn. :-D s
