2 steps validation problems

Hello everybody,

Reddit advised me to tag you @punker barbie.

I'm a camgirl on CB and I messed up while trying to convert tips...

I don't have any solutions to get my password by the 2 steps validation... I still know my password and have access to my email adress but now everytime I connect they ask me for the 2 steps validation on my phone and it's impossible for me to do it...

I contacted support 4 days ago but nothing is happening... Just an auto mail without even a ticket number...

Am I doomed ?
