I read over your terms of service and there are a few things I would love to see clarified. The copyright section claims ownership of all the images on the site does that include pictures that the models have uploaded as thumbnails etc and does it include the content of the streams themselves?

Masked streamers would be difficult as there is no way for us to know if the person wearing the mask is the person that has been verified unless we actually see the model on camera without the mask before putting it on.

Didn't you just contradict yourself though?

If someone is using an animated avatar then you're still unable to tell if they are the person you verified for the account or not. Solving the problem for one area solves it for both imo.

This is a fair point that I'll have to run by our legal team. Regardless of masked streaming or avatars, obviously, both need to go through verification.

The best way to handle this I believe would be for the model to start the stream with their face visible with 'Do Not Show Stream in Featured Page or Search' selected in their broadcast settings. They could then send us a ping through Live Chat to verify the stream, and once that is done, set their stream live for everyone to see with their mask / avatar equipped.

Have a feature where the model checks a box in their profile settings that says something like "I will not show my face live on cam" that will prompt the site's UI to always start the stream in a non-public mode and open a tool that allows the model to take 30 seconds of video that they then send to support to be verified. That way the model isn't stuck waiting for support to verify them before beginning their stream and then if someone doesn't match what's on file when support checks the video they can stop the broadcast. Make sure the model is actually the one in control of taking and sending the video (have a retake option as well) and it isn't automatic because otherwise you're going to end up with a lot of unusable and unverifiable clips that are going to waste everyone's time.

You might have to do it the way you described in the beginning while that backend gets built but long term it's going to be a huge pain in the ass for everyone involved, models aren't going to want to hang around to wait for support to get back with them when they have a schedule to keep and fans who are expecting them. People can and will leave sites over inefficient features like this.

Remember: the easier you make things for models the more your site will succeed.

I normally let shitty reviews haha but on this site i will let a positive one

I am on cherry since they started so this is my devlish analyse

1. they pay on time , and they dont ban models for even breathing .
2. they dont promote you according to your nationality , they promote you according to your worked hours and if you have a stable serious caming schedule , also i noticed that the guys comming from promotion are highly into what i already offer , so i guess the admins behind do an amaizing job in promoting my show .
3. the holly support its human and existent !!!!!!!!!! no robotic answers and no people that dont even know english !

Observations :

- takes a few months to build up , the members tend to be very sticked to the model they folllow , so i had to yell , scream , and do like wild animals on grays until they recharged .
- if you dont keep a schedule of streaming members tend to not stay too much in your room and not willing to pay so much
- if you multistream i recomand to keep it open and be patient to build up clients , for me at the moment its really brings me up a good monthly pay , so i dont feel like i lost my time .
