    Yes they changed my password and requested a picture of me with a paper/passport to confirm my identity to return my password back. Yes it was the real support i have contacted them at support@chaturbate.com

For whatever reason support decided to change my password and ask me to confirm my identity with a picture and i did however they started to ignore me and it's been over 2 weeks already! I have over $200 to be cashed out and they don't even bother replying...
