I have been trying to get my ID veriefied through the system since Monday afternoon. I have submitted my ID and selfie 11 different times. I am desperate for help on this. I have been contacting support, but seem to only receive sort of auto-responses. I really need to find out what I need to do...- lady_g

Since this post I have submitted my ID and selfie again, and again was denied with the reason given as "Could not verify, Please contact support with your person code" I have contacted support with my person code, but they haven't been particularly helpful. My previous ID has expired. I received my new state ID late Monday afternoon, and have since submitted and been denied 7 times since then. I am well above legal age.
