    Just north of Tassie, we like to call it Straya That was a paste from Paxum, they can send you a card for free but they charge a $45 annual charge at the same instant. Or pay $90 + $45 for the DHL option.....but it's 10 business days before they get the card to DHL I don't work for them and...

    I see you are in NZ, hi from the other island just over the way. I'm not sure on the actual bank fees, our ATMs charge $2 or $2.50 to withdraw with a card not directly from them. Paxum fee structure in USD is slightly more favourable long term than FirstChoice(Payoneer) its all upfront though...

    Yes, most sites pay to Payoneer or Paxum once you eventually get approved and wait for a card to be delivered or pay exorbitant express shipping cards. You can withdraw funds in local currency at any ATM for a fee.
