    Hey there, Try increasing the bitrate to 6000. You would need a fast internet to support that. But that is the recommended bitrate for 1920x1080.

    what you are experiencing is called render lag. Mainly caused by the network or the cam site that you are using. In OBS Go to view>docks>stats.. Then when you stream you will see the stats of your stream that way you will be able to diagnose the problem.
