    that is very weird.... did u try email them again? i received my sepa card in romania this year march/april smth ( was also submited in october 2018) and a friend ordered a card in summer and surprisingly arrived in a month or so( way faster than expected). maybe some error occured with yours.

    Also, id sugest to check ur computer or email, maybe u put somewhere a pic with you holding ur id. I know they are asking one with a specific word written upside down now, but just for cases like this i keep in my pc a pic of my id and one holding it next to my face.

    cosmo works exactly just like a prepaid card. if u wanna transfer to bank account, try paxum, they are pretty fast with delivering cards now. took less than a month to get a card

    you have to email suport about this, they will ask to verify yourself with a picture then reset two way for you, then u can set it withyour new phone, next time you set it save the back up codes, they are very helpfull for these situations.

    after u connected the toy, what are u using? lovense browser, or the plug in on browser from apple( if i recall well u have IOS not windows) ? either of those, you have to go to settings and set token amount and levels . Ill add some print screens for that . Let me know if u need further help.

    New temporary mastercards stopped working a while ago, they emailed owners of cards to get their funds out of card some time ago. From what i remember from their last email about that matter, they said to contact trucash about the funds blocked on new temporary cards.
