    This. So much this. My first hour is usually really slow, sometimes I'll leave myself things to do on cam while I wait for it to pick up. Ie setting up a game/Jenga tower or finishing my lipstick or something. My time on cam averages 3 hours, but the majority of the action is past hour one.

    What webcam do you use? Your lighting looks pretty good but I've never seen you live on cam either. Webcam quality can effect room counts. Things that help me get out of funks is if you can try going on multiple times a day. Try a day shift, if its slow take a break and then try a night shift...
