    Thank you, that solved the mail issues. I got it to resend my login, however the login it resent doesn't work. Even when copied and pasted. Still no response from tech support. Thanks for your help, but a cam site I only applied to a couple of hours ago just accepted me.

Though I'm surprised an incomplete registration only causes a login error *after* a new document is submitted, and not before. Also the support form failing to submit even after cookies and cached...
