  Hi shirely my usname is annemariy .in 10 april i did a wire transfer and sent a copy of my passport for support and still don't get my money yet from 10 april till now 20 days left and nothing new. today i add my paxum account as a new method payment and want the money transfered to be loaded to my paxum account if that possible. i try to contact support for many time but there is no answerTHANK YOU

  Hi Shirley. I tried to do a Firstchoice Pay account (that CB doesn't accept anymore); my boyfriend tried to do a Paxum account for receiving payout but Paxum didn't answer.. So I have to ask you.. Is check by mail safe? or I have to think about Fed-Ex (even if there is an high fee)? The Fed Ex fee is withdraw by the amount of token converted?

  Why does CB keeps lying people that they have a new payment option cosmo????
  We are confirming that you requested a daily payout using CB’s new payment provider Cosmo Payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your first daily payout to settle. The delay in receiving your first payment is due to the initial on-boarding process with Cosmo Payment. So this is not true. You do not have any new payment option yet..
