This amazing forum looks like the right place to try to get some advice about how to handle certain rude users on STP. I hope you can help me with this.

For some time I have tried to help some models by handling a user, who is systematically trying to make things as difficult as possible for the models. Of course I am not going to post his username here, but here is a description of his behaviour.

He walks into a room, usually a room with 2 or more guys working together. He observes for a very short time, and then, he starts to post complaints in the public chat, - like this:
- dick not hard
- not very interesting in this room
- this is fake, very typical, always fake in this room
- very typical, they are faking again

If he can't find anything to complain about (very unusual, but it happens), he will give a ridiculously low tip and add a comment to his tip, where he is requesting (ordering) something NOT possible for 10 tokens (usually he only tips 10 tokens, - the minimum tip for the option to add a comment). For example, 10 tokens, and he adds: "Anal fuck now".

Most models don't start showing something, where the price is 500 tokens, if they only receive 10 tokens. Of course not. So - the models do NOT follow his instructions, and it gives him something to complain about:
- start fuck now!
- what are you waiting for? I tipped!
- this is fake - again - typical!

I have reported him numerous times for this rude and disrespectful behaviour. As far as I know he has been suspended three times. The last time his suspension ended, I happened to be in one of the first rooms he visited after his suspension had ended. And he was MAD! He immediately went on with his rude stuff, and the poor models clearly were shocked, wondering "what did we do to piss this guy off this much??!" I reported him again. My reports were rejected, so I appealed - and everything was rejected.

Here is what I am trying to understand:

- How much rude and disrespectful behaviour does it take, before STP decides to terminate an account? I don't believe this user will ever change his behaviour, and being suspended for three times clearly didn't make him reflect about his attitude and his way of treating the models. It only made it worse as far as I can see.

I hope you can help me understand this better. Thank you so much in advance.

If you want an answer about their level of tolerance for rude customers, I would @Stella_SC . The Reps here are really the only ones who might be able to give you any details on that, although usually with a lot of these sites it goes on a case by case basis, and they will not often share details. I agree that advising for him to be blocked in every model room you see him in is a good idea. Although the block link on SC often glitches.

I don't stream on SC anymore, but if a guy like this came into my room on any of the sites I stream on, I would immediately block him. Because he will deter good people, and fair spenders, which is not worth 10 tokens once in a while (50 cents). Or having to listen to his bad attitude, unreasonable expectations, and disrespect.

Just tell the model to ban him - end of. Really, it's this simple.
Yeah, this will work for models, who are not working in a studio, where their only focus is on traffic, rating and raking. Some studios don't allow their models to mute or ban any users. Their only advice to their model on how to handle things like this is: Just ignore it.

But of course you are right. And I agree - it should be simple. And thank you for taking time to give me a reply. :h:

Actually I was hoping to get Stella involved in this. She seems to be extremely helpful in cases like this. So - I will be a little patient.

And yes, blocking him will work, if the models are allowed to do it. But, sadly, in some studios the models are not allowed to do it. And if they do it, someone from the studio will erase the ban - and we are back to the beginning again.

And I guess I was curious about the level of tolerance. It might be really difficult to give a clear answer to this, but - hopefully Stella will be able to help me.

Thank you for your kind reply. :h:

Hello @MartyDK

Thank you for your diligence in wanting to create a safe, fun and respectful environment for everyone.

Each report is investigated, and appropriate consequences are delivered. By the sounds of it, this user has been suspended 3 times already. Multiple suspensions will result in harsher consequences.

Awh I'm so sad to read that, shame on them (those studios/ people who erase a models bans) that is so toxic.

Best way to get a person to relax and be genuinely sexual/ sensual; make sure they feel like they don't have autonomy in their environment /s
Best way to get quality return customers; make sure no one at the studio is truly comfortable in their environment, and gives that off loud and clear/s
The good customers and guys pick up on that fast, and they don't like it.

Hello Stella

Thank you for replying to my question. Sadly, what you are telling me is not what I have experienced.

The user came back after his 3rd suspension, and he went totally ballistic in numerous rooms. I sent 14 reports, - all of them were based on single, individual violations of the rules (as far as I interpret the rules of course). All reports were rejected. I appealed all of them, because I actually care about the models, and I think they deserve to be able to work without being insulted, harassed or obstructed. All appeals were also rejected.

All I can do is to keep reporting him. But when nothing happens, I start to wonder if it's a waste of time. I hope you understand this.

Thanks again for getting back to me. :h:
