Hi All,
I have recently had a bad experience with Livejasmin and I would like to advise you to avoid the site.
I was initially drawn to the site with their offer of 90% off first purchase. I got 175 credits and started talking to models.
The models on the site are really nice. Lots of them spoke good english.
The problem is with the models slavemaster - the site itself.
I started talking with a lovely russian girl, Miaandrian. She explained that was working 6 days a week, up to 12 hours a day. How disgraceful.
When I started to run out of credits, I had to buy them at much higher prices. The site tricks you, as first they give you 90% off, then 50%, then 30%. Then you are paying a massive sum!
So I thought "Wait a minute, what if I ask Mia if she would talk to me on google meet, and we take out LJ?"
I did some research and what I found truly made my stomach turn.
The site overlords make it against the rules for any model to switch personal info with a member. They are so disgusting that they pay site admins to listen to the models calls to make sure that they are not breaking the rules. Any models caught swapping info are punished severely.
Then I realised - OMG - the purpose of this is to trap the models in place, so that they are working very hard for the disgusting executives of LJ.
Truly abhorent.
I deleted my account as soon as I realised how evil the company is.
Finally, I want to stress again that the models are wonderful. I really did begin to get feelings for Mia.
Do not fall for this site!

Why would any business be ok with their contractors poaching clients? it makes 0 sense why they would allow it.

Yeah, I honestly was expecting the OP to be completely different to what it was. At first I was intrigued and curious of the bad experience but the more I read the more I realised it's just very normal.




And, of course sites are going to try lure you in with discounts and promos. How old are you OP? Are you new to the WORLD and shops and websites? Literally everywhere does stuff like this.

I'm not saying I approve of the affiliates that try to market us as dating sites. I never have, I think it makes my shifts unnecessarily difficult on me, and that there is really no need. Titties in and of themselves are enough to get men interested, they don't even need the promise of a relationship. However, I do always wonder, how likely do you think it is a bunch of hot women doll themselves up, and log on to sites for hours on end every day, just hoping for some random dude to toss them a few crumbs of attention? How practical would that be? I agree they shouldn't market like that, but how realistic is it, if you really think it through?

You realize we could just go down to the closest dive bar and get that, plus free drinks, with like half the effort. Actually like a 1/10th the effort and expense (on equipment etc).

They probably wish they could, but would have a hard time claiming models completely under their control are "independent contractors" under US tax law. The other cam sites are located in countries where they don't have to worry about certain laws, a shiny site doesn't mean anything happening is standard.

The purpose of no off-site contact is to keep the clients in place, not the models. It's all about that traffic they work so hard to get.

I think I worked for about 2 hours on LJ one time and didn't like it so if you want to avoid supporting the pitfalls of restrictive studios or worse ... I recommend 2 things:

• seek an indie camgirl on a site like Skyprivate, LoyalFans, OF girls, etc. You are more likely to find a good English speaking conversationalist and they all pay respectable percentages to models
• don't search for lowest price models you can find in economically depressed parts of the world (not saying you did but it's a consideration for many who post here I think)
