Hello everyone
!
I wanted to start a topic to share something that happened to me and see if anyone else has experienced something similar or what they think about it.
Recently, a model from my studio who streams on Stripchat was suspended because, due to a technical error, someone else appeared on the stream. The streaming software (OBS) was accidentally left running after being shut down, which caused someone else to appear without the model noticing. It was a complete oversight, with no ill intentions on the model's part.
I contacted support, but was told there was nothing they could do to reverse the suspension, which I understand given the site's policies, as they aim to prevent potential abuse or misunderstandings. However, I wonder if the platform should be a bit more flexible in cases like thisāshould a technical error really result in a permanent suspension?
I'm curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences or if thereās anything that could be improved in how these types of incidents are handled.
What do you think?
