I got a reply from chartubate but I can't access my account until now, my name on chartubate is MissthighsohMy I submitted documents required and they said if I submit within 72 hours I will get a quick response not until now no response please help

I have a problem accessing my chartubate account username Missthighsohmy I have tried multiple times to reach them and they replied me on 11march saying I should take a peace of paper and write the word they instructed and take my Id and hold it upside down I did exactly that and sent on 12 march they had promised if I send within 72 hours I'll get a quick response , not until now no response I have got please help me on this here is the evidence

Yes that's what I did I have tried to reach chartubate they only replied once and I sent documents asked for since then no reply I have got from them please help me
