How to report someone

Hey guys I need help. There is this room couple that goes around usually in Colombian couples and they start typing and telling the users to not tip because this room is a fraud or scammer. And yes we ban them and report but they seem to just go to others rooms and do that constantly while they are broadcasting to stop others from getting tips and to try to steal some of the viewers as well. A lot of us cammers here in Colombia have come across this same issue and we all have reported but nothing seems to happen, not sure is it’s because we are minority they just ignore the reports or because they are in Spanish

If anyone know how to stop this

must of us Colombian rooms are small rooms and don’t get quiet much traffic and we would honestly just like to be able to work without this obstacle.

When you are broadcasting, go to your user settings in the gear tab, click where it says silence other broadcasters. There are two options to choose from.

Then permanently ban their user name under the silenced/ban users link at the bottom.

We did, but we work with a studio and all the models in the studio are getting the same issue, it’s just so unfair and so unethical what they do. They don’t deserve to be on chaturbate

Can’t they just banned them so they stop harassing other rooms ?

The users have multiple accounts that they use to harass other rooms this are some
Of their accounts. They tip them selfs so once they have tokens they can talk in must rooms that just require the users to have tokens to
Speak not necessarily to tip. Then when they are done harassing other rooms they tip back them selfs to the scaret_jackson account this couple is pretty scammy as you can see

There’s a couple going around harassing other rooms mainly the Hispanic ones since that’s their language. And many of us rooms have reported but apparently this couple has like 10 different accounts that they use to harass and it’s so hard to keep up with them.
Could you please help us report them for harassment so chaturbate does something about it their room name is

This is a screenshot of their other room names. They tip them selfs so they can seem light blue and speak in rooms. Then go to their own room and tip them selfs to give them selfs thumbs up.

Why not just limit that ability of guests to chat within your room for a while; limit chat to only those that tip you, for example.

I have. But still we are very small rooms we only get a few viewers. Also we are from a studio here in Colombia. We are not the only couple they come to harass. Thought all day other rooms get harassed by them. And like I mention we are all small rooms with just 50 to 200 viewers. So that’s what they want for us to change those features and get less tippers. They keep us intimidated and it’s just not fair. That because they were once from our studio and now they are independent they have to harass us and intimidate our small rooms.

Use that setting to stop them from chatting in the room.

That will not stop users/tippers from going to your room and chatting. It will stop other models, even if offline, from being able to chat in the room
