Unable to tip or go pvt

Hi @AmberCutie, hope you are well. My username on CB is 21kimberly I've been a member there for at least 8 years. And up until two weeks ago I was able to tip and take broadcasters pvt. Now I het the "unable to tip, contact support message" I've messaged the CB forum to weeks ago and no reply. I'm able to purchase tokens but unfortunately I cannot use them. If there is anything you can do to assist, it would be greatly appreciated I love the site and interacting with people on there
