Account Banned - Please help

Hi, I’m hoping that @punker barbie can help check my account Mercury__21 (double underscore), please.

My account was randomly banned last week. It says may have violated terms of service. I’m confused and can’t think of any reason for this to have happened. I don’t stream, I only chat in a few rooms and mod for one. I don’t do anything illegal, abusive etc. and spend a lot of money.

I have emailed support to ask if they could review, but I haven’t heard back as of yet.

Please could you have a look for me? I apologise if I inadvertently did something, it was never intentional and wouldn’t happen again. I love the community and would love to get back onto the site to chat with people again.

I was wondering if anyone knew how long it usually takes to hear back from support? I completed the form nine days ago, though I appreciate the holidays will have understandably slowed things.

I know. It’s been twelve days now, I expected a delay due to the time of year etc. it’s just confusing when I check and see some people have the same issue as myself resolved almost instantly. I guess I just don’t want to fade down the queue
