YUY2 vs NV12 and so on

Can anybody tell me which video format will be the best for OBS broadcast? I have logitech brio and i have 3 options: mjpeg, yuy 2 and nv12. Also i dont know what colors option should i choose: full or partial.

My observation: I really like Yuy 2 and full color option. Partial is hmm very strong contrasted, full looks more soft for me. Personally i like it the most, but im not sure if viewers will have the same preferences

mjpeg as far as I know it provides the smoothest video.

edit: never really tried the other 2 in the last few years but from what I just finished reading yuy2 is higher quality so use that if it still results in smooth video.

Actually i noticed that on 60 fps probably my camera uses mjpeg because its really really soft and its the same effect when i use 30 fps mjpeg and I really liked that, but today i was also reading and looks like mjpeg is the poorest quality. In Mjpeg sometimes i need set bigger contrast but now i see that YUY2 in full colors option is what i really love. Something between those 3,like mjpeg but with a not so pink but more yellow colors and liitle bit more contrasted picture than in mjpeg. Just needed make sure its good format for broadcasting
