Hi @punker barbie can you help me with this please? my ID was expired so i uploaded the new ID and i got this message. Not sure whats wrong. I did age verification and uploaded ID. Thank you . My model name is Miss_Jollie

I have this photo you can see they aproved my id, but they say i didnt finish the process, but i did. I dont know why they keep saying i didnt finish the verification, i did the selfie as well
