Howdy! I am typing this because I have reached out plenty of times through twitter, CB support email, etc. I got a email saying I needed to fill out a W9 form which I did and sent it back to them. I then received an email stating my SSN is invalid even though I know for a fact my information was filled out properly. I made a second one and sent it in again but all I got was the same automated message giving me a ticket number ( 2 different ones.) ticket #1 (20074974) and ticket #2 (20071592) I just want to be paid. any ideas on what I can do to actually get ahold of someone?
