Hello I'm a model in stripchat, Sweetmintsoap and my tokens were transferred on February 3rd, 2025 3:48 AM . It's now upto 14 days without payment. I reached out to one of the customer service in your company and they informed me it's due to a UPI glitch. Kindly help resolve this issue, so I can receive the wire transfer payment. Thank you.

Hi there, it can take anywhere from 2-10 business days for your wire transfer to deposit into your account. It has currently only been 8 business days since the deposit, so please wait until 10 business days have passed as our support team has instructed you. Thank you.

This is only response I'm getting that the funds were not received due to a glitch on the UPI side. I'm being asked to produce a UTR number which i don't where to purchase since I'm a model and I thought once tokens are transferred it takes a few days and paid to your account. Please help the way forward. No idea what to do and I'm in distress

Don't worry, you'll get the money. My payment was also delayed by a week. And the next week my tokens weren't converted to dollars again. Now after 2 weeks I see that the tokens are converted to dollars. There were more people who had the same problem. Now I think it will be okay.

A UPI glitch is when something goes wrong with a payment made using UPI (Unified Payments Interface), which is a popular digital payment system, mainly in India.

Think of it like this:

Imagine you're sending money to a friend through a UPI app (like Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm). A glitch happens when:
  • The money leaves the senders account but doesn’t reach the recipient.
  • The transaction fails, but the senders account still gets charged.
  • Payments get delayed or show up as “processing” for too long.
  • The UPI app crashes or doesn’t work properly.
These glitches can be caused by server issues, network problems, or bugs in the app of the UPI product. Usually, the money either bounces back to the senders account in a few hours, or the issue gets fixed by the bank or UPI provider. If not, you may need to contact customer support of your UPI to sort it out. This persons UPI support email is the chatassist8989 email, not ours. Hope that clears this up for you.

A few years back payout used to be like clockwork every Tuesday no matter what payout method but they changed ownership or something and now you get to wait almost 2 weeks to get paid.

So it happened exceptionally this month that I had a payment almost 2 weeks later. Otherwise, I always get my money on Tuesdays throughout the year. Unless there is a Paxum outage.
Otherwise, I always have money on Tuesdays.
