Hi everyone!

I'm Terry, and I'm researching how to start streaming studios in Europe. While I've had success with my past businesses , this project is a new step for me. And i generally do a lot of research about the subject before i start the process.

I’ve noticed that many models have had negative experiences with studios before, and I want to create something different—a good studio where models feel valued and supported.

From my experience, keeping the team happy leads to happy customers (even though models aren't exactly employees, the idea is the same). In the streaming world i think its very obvious that it's really hard for a model to succeed if they're not happy and working in a positive environment.
We will also create new IG/TikTok accounts with dedicated photographer/videographer for each girl to help them create a successful social so they can get external customers.

2 questions
  • Whats the average % cut or charge per day for the room studios charge? Also what would be fair for you ?
  • How long it took you to become successful streamer? How bad it was at the start?

I’d love to get your feedback:

  • Vote: Please take a few seconds to vote on what you didn’t like about past studios. (Multiple choices available)
  • Suggestions: Share any ideas or things you wish studios had, but they didn’t.
Your input will help me build a studio that truly supports its models.

(This is not a recruitment post and please for obvious reasons do not name the studio you was working with)

Thank you for your time.
Terry L

The % taken dosnt really matter tbh, since this should be offset by the value the studio provides. So the real question becomes, what value can you provide to models to make working at your studio their best choice over another studio or working independently?
