Pretty annoying! They think we don't know. Or is it a secondary monitor with a FaceTime type app with a translator/manager placed in the same location in every room. I see it now in S. American, Europe and some USA rooms going on as well.

Oh man! I didn't introduce myself. I'm a viewer going on 20 years on primarily CB Have dinked around on others though. Broadcasted a bit a few years ago with GF then her by herself for a year or so. Caused some kinds bad vibes and we didn't need the money, so she stopped. I have just noticed this studio phenomenon really taking hold and in a way it sucks as they are controled and hurt regular models with 6 tk a min privates, but on the other hand, another point is helps lower income sex addicts. Hope you all can help out on my post!

Seems like you already answered your own question. Studio models like the ones you are talking about are monitored by their studios, yes.

Monitored how Mollie? Face time screen or an actual person?

I think it varies on the studio and how new the model is. Some models are thrown in at the deep end, simply shown what stuff is then expected to work.
I think the majority though, are like teamviewer or that effect. So the admin can monitor at any point from their end - they can see the model's screen and don't need to be in the room with her. Some, such as the colombians, have other people in the room with them; some even have them typing for them (this also applies for other countries too). It depends how good/bad their English is, and how good/bad the studio is, I guess.

It can all vary.

I guess it's just curiosity. Or maybe he likes to do c2c with studio girls and fears he could be seen by someone else (can totally happen) or tries to send a message to a studio girl that shouldn't be read by the studio.

The managers in my former studio (Eastern Europe) could just mirror my whole desktop to their computers.

At every office job I've worked at, tech support can access your computer and fix things for you. It's so trippy watching it happen.

Ok, here's the run down. You guys get ready for this! I am not crazy, and I'm not hallucinating! I have over the past 15 to 20 years accumulated thousands of hours watching these models. Keep that in mind when I tell you the story. And it still hasn't been fixed at the time of this post. I got pissed at a model that was doing nothing during our private except talking and laughing and getting tips from another viewer in a different chat room on a different website. I called out and and laid into who I thought was her boss or manager behind the cam. Well after researching, these Colombian models have moderators in different rooms that handle anywhere between 5 to 7 models at a time. They speak English and the model is basically don't. they type for him and tell them in Spanish what the English speaking person is requesting, as well as log who is coming into the room, how much they've tipped, to their model and others. There's extensive list of all tippers so they know who to treat better than others. Check the photo attached. Anyway back to the point. I got pissed and laid into the I guess moderator. Who then told the model to leave the room. After 30 seconds or so I left. Make a long story short, instead of banning me from the room, since then, as I enter any of the 95% of the Colombian models rooms that are on Chaturbate, where they say you're up or USA or anywhere they're mostly about 95% of those models are from Colombia or Romania. I enter, they look at their screen, they put everything down, and walk out of the room. It is actually kind of comical. There can be one other viewer in the room, and I've seen him do it right in the middle of a full-blown 4000 viewer room, where they're getting 100 tokens s minute. I show up, they shut it down instantly. To make it a little longer, I clear cookies and cache, I've changed IDs, I've changed devices, I've done all of them and done it through a VPN, I've even I've even gone to three other websites, and every time I enter a room, with their comm outstanding technology and software that no one knows they have, they pack up their show and are out of the room within 30 seconds. It's freaking scary. They have to know my IP, device information, most likely location. If y'all don't believe me, let's have some fun tonight and go into some of these three or four thousand viewer rooms, where a model in her right mind would never leave, and y'all see for yourselves. It's worse than a ban!Screenshot_20180726-090748_Chrome.jpg

Seriously stop. You are trying to tarnish the name and reputation of people who unlike you, actually help models.
If a model chooses not to interact with you, accept it and move on. Sex-work is work, and the workers in it deserve respect like all others. Make a long story short, you got banned, and now you’re using the forum as a weapon of choice, instead of listening and learning.

I am pretty much completely lost reading this thread. It is not clear at all what the original poster's problem was.

And Dan where did you conclude he was banned by a model? I am really lost.

To the original poster: studio models are usually monitored. That monitoring can take several forms:

1) They record everything you do, but they only review those records if there is a report against your account that they need to investigate.

2) They watch your screen and spot check for studio rule violations, but the model is allowed to do the interaction with viewers

3) The model is just an actor, and all of the conversations are with other studio employees..

The behavior in 3) is extremely offensive to me as a viewer. But I usually figure it out and then simply abandon the model.

Is your point that you want CB and MFC to forbid the behavior in 3)? I would be okay with CB forbidding that frankly. To me this is borderline fraud, so CB's credibility goes up a notch if CB cares about the integrity of interactions on its site.

Where you totally lose me is when you put up a photo of a model's screen and you speculate about what application is running in the left most part of her desktop. Maybe that is a chat application with the studio employees? Why is that important to the thread?

I think anyone who interacts with a known studio model should automatically assume that you two are not left alone. The studio manager/admin can, and will (happened to me a couple of times), typed messages on the models behalf (against rules on MFC, though not enforced from what I can tell). As well as the admin will add anyone who's tipped to all models in the studio so to try and attract attention of the member (again, happened to me with EE models). They will also read through messages(public, PVT and PMs).

What you describe as "some other" software running to track you might be a studio software. We didn't log in directly to mfc for example, we used some other software and that logged us in to mfc. I think livejasmin offers something like it too. It has two purposes, to keep track of our online time and (this is just my suspicion in my case) so we could not see other chat rooms and didn't realize we're on adult cam sites (they didn't tell us this before).
I don't think tracking of you on different camsites and with different user names is possible. Cannot imagine the camsites offering something like it as this would be a privacy disaster.

Also you are in this way too deep and I somehow fail to see what you wanna know or did you just want to tell us your observations?

Why don't you just stay away from studio girls? There are some things like no really unobserved communication that won't go away.

Hey Sherlock, camsites didn't exist 20 years ago.
At least not in the same context as they exist now. This guy feels full of shit. Just seems bitter.

Yep, CB has only been around for 7 years or so and MFC is 15 I think? I forget what her name was that is credited as creating the video cam trend. But, I think that was something like 1998 wasn't it?

It was Jennicam but it was frozen frames updated every few minutes on a homepage, not a camsite, no private function or many models, just one girl in her bedroom. Then StileProject came later when the format became popular and there was a new JaneCam every week. Camsites themselves came much later.

Thanks. :) I knew it was still frame to start. But, for some reason, I was thinking she upgraded to low-res vid shortly before she stopped?

To the op, did you really think we cam performers would just share all our tracking of users secrets openly with you? Our possibilites are deeply buried in the verified performers section only and whoever dares to speak about it publicly gets banned from all camsites and the internet. Some have tried but they're not here anymore, which proves I'm right. Did you never wonder why some girls just disappear from the camsites?
