Which site is the most secure and sctrict in terms of age verification? I found out that chaturbate allows unverified users to broadcast as exhibicionists, and i found that very odd.. Is there any site that strictly only allows people with verified IDs to broadcast?

I really find that hard to believe in today's climate of payment processors, and just with how strict overall CB is. They are all very strict. All the main sites who allow live cam are extremely strict about that.

Edit: I'm not sure if there's actually any listing for exhibitionist anymore so I guess it's just used for cam2cam now but I'm not sure?

They still show up in the regular room lists, you dont need to go to the specific url to find them.
ETA: OP as far as I know, CB is the only cam site that allows unverified people to broadcast

Until a few years ago everyone could broadcast (that made chaturbate big) , now everyone who broadcasts must be verified but you become exhibitionist if you disable the possibility to get tokens.
I think stripchat is more strict. reading the reasons for a permanent ban it's often "unverified person on cam" while chaturbate gives you the option to verify that person and then your
ban will be lifted.
Today: your account has to be created before a certain date and purchased tokens to be considered age verified by CB. That date is unknown, but probably before October 2016.
Today: If your account was created after that date, you must use an ID to verify. In some cases, reasons unclear, tokens must also be purchased but for first time buyers there is a very reasonable package available.
To answer the question directly, all broadcasters appearing on CB's curated pages are age verified in one of two ways as mentioned above.

The exhibitionist change was around October 2020 it started out saying to age verify or purchase tokens then later removed the purchase tokens message but as far as I know they still let you just purchase tokens even though it doesn't say it. At least that's what @bamdicted confirmed in Jan 2024. I dunno if they made changes to it after that though.
i have an account created far before 2016 with purchased tokens
i can not broadcast
i can not upload media (but the media uploaded earlier is still there)
i can make a bio with graphics (new users can only write text)
interesting but purchased tokens through what method, through cb directly or one of the other options?
