whats the best company to start with ??please need advise

I do not think there is a best site. The members seem to drift to the site that gives them what they are looking for, and the models seem to drift to the site that is the best fit, for their skill sets and what they enjoy doing.

If you enjoy building relationships with your members, you may want to consider MFC. If you are more interested on just doing privates you may want to go to Streamate.

Microsoft & Apple seem to do pretty well. I'm guessing pay pretty well also.

The oil industry is doing quite well right now.

Government work, if you can get it. Pays well and no chance of getting fired.

Get in with a good local company on the rise.

Hard to get fired, perhaps, but lay-offs seem to happen quite a bit. If you are a community service worker like a teacher, cop, fireman, social service, it can be really hard to keep a job just because they lay off people like crazy.
