When Sending a 1080p Video in PM

Sorry I just have a quick question.
If a model records a video at 720p or 1080p on her phone and sends it to you via PM (free or paid), is that the quality the user receives or does it get reduced and compressed for the sake of the PM?

Users should receive it with the same quality.
We just have recommendation for the video format (MP4, mov, mpeg) and the size to be between 1.5-2 GB.
