Just some advice for those that are here to request help from @punker barbie (Shirley).
It can help by formatting your post in the following way:
Issue:
State here what your issue is and how long it has been happening. Give as much information as you can, WITHOUT posting any private/personal information like your real name, or screenshots of your personal contact information or IDs!
Username:
Just as it states, place your Chaturbate username here otherwise @punker barbie can't help you.
Remember that Support is the first place of call ( https://support.chaturbate.com/ ) and can sometimes reply with a solution quickly, so keep a check of your junk box as that can sometimes be where the replies appear. If they don't reply straight away, give them some time (3 - 5 working days) and be careful not to keep sending multiple emails as this can start up new threads & increase support numbers. Once the Auto bot has replied only reply to that email as it will keep your messages on that issue in just 1 place
