The soundtrack from Mass Effect is probably my favorite. If we are going by individual songs it is either Hell March from Red Alert or Baba Yetu from Civilization IV.
the silent hill ost (more specifically; 1 through 4, but 2 and 3 are my all-time favourites), megaman x, and the katamari series. i've even seen the silent hill band play live, so the series' ost has a VERY special place in my heart.
