What's happening with chaturbate ????

I have been working on cb for over 3 years . First, my payment method was payooner then Firstchoicepay ( as everybody know it's fucked up now) . Then I put my payment method wire transfer on cb. They emailed 2 times " our third parties deny to pay my bank". Then they told me my Bank send back the money , I called my Bank they said no money come from outside the country . Few days ago they asked me to sent them documents to proof of address ( no bank ask for it to wire transfer) if I'm not live here . How can I have a bank account here , if I don't live here?
After I sent my document to proof of address . Than they asked to if I have it translate in English.
All they need to see and know. That is my address , my name, and date . ( they don't need read my letter ).
I got enough from that . After 17 emails. And almost 1 month . They still not pay out!
It's sad to see . I just asked them to send back the amount to my chaturbate account. CB REFUSE to wire transfer to models outside USA.
Even they have it as a pay out option on their pay out site.

Yes they do. But my country don't take cheques. People used cheques like 20 years ago.

No people still use checks. They aren't obsolete. I just wrote a check to pay my lawn guy yesterday. If anything your bank doesn't accept forign checks or require a high fee.
 
It sounds like a standard proof of residence matter, and not a wire issue. Some countries are extremely difficult for a foreigner in terms of supporting documents, Thailand for instance.
I'm not live in Thailand . I'm in Scandinavia
 
Cool, is it okay to ask what you are requested to provide, in order for the payment to be sent?

1.First CB said: yiur Bank rejrcted the pay.
2.Second was : your SWIFT/ IBAN is wrong.
3.Than they said sorry for mistakes we process your wire now.
4.Than a new email said: our third party refuse to wire to your country, now and forever in the future.
5.Than they told me put in my payment info correct.
6.Than they told me money was wired but it would take 10 days.

( in the mean time I checked with my Bank here in Scandinavia ) no trace of any money coming my way what so ever!
SWIFT/ IBAN checked 5 times, Its correct!
My bank don't have any other papers to fill out.
Wire transfer is done every day with no problem!
Only they said, a routing problem could happen, but not often. But then the bank just re wire the money.

So CB told me a bunch of lies, and excuses not to do the wire transfer.

Than they asked me info about a bill I pay, that has my name and address and date on it.

They already had my name, ID, Address, SWIFT/ BIC and IBAN. ( what's needed for a wire transfer ).

I sent them the bill with name, address and date on.
Than got reply it need be in English?? I mean it's in Scandinavian as I live here.
To read my name address and a date ( you don't need translate to English).
So basically CB or the bank CB use want to read my bill information.

This is not required and very strange.

So CB really hard on deny / refuse to wire transfer pay to models outside USA.
By tell lies, stall the pay out, come up with new reasons and so on.

8. They told me in one email that I was lucky to be chosen in some test group by Cb's Bank.
( they did NOT tell me what bank they use ).
They asked for much papers to the banks compliance officer, to see if they could wire transfer to my country in the future.

Tax paper
Voting paper
Collage paper
Bill
Residence rent
Property tax
Insurance card
Maybe 1 or 2 more that I don't remember.

This is not required and very strange.

I asked to get the name of the compliance officer and the name of the bank so I could send it directly. But no.

So CB really hard on deny / refuse to wire transfer pay to models outside USA.

I believe CB are doing their to help, no one wants a payout to be rejected or delayed. It’s unnerving when bank transfers bounce, trust me I know.
I have to be honest with you, given my experience. In order for the payment in question to be re-processed, it probably has to bounce back first. That means that no representative is holding your money in a button’s click away. One of the frustrating challenges is to start a recall when corresponding banks fail to communicate.
As for a proof of residency, many first party, second party, and third party providers, will require it, as a standard. It sounds to me like there’s a cluster of show stoppers in a specific case, and not a general refusal to send payments to all non US models.

Being in Europe u dont have the option to apply for paxum or cosmopayments? Paxum works pretty fast and as for cosmopayments i heard is reliable but not as fast(tho their cards are delivered very fast) .i only use cosmo for mfc so cant really tell about cb. But from whats ive read within a week u should have money on card. And no requirements for documents from cb and less taxes than a wire.

When I asked my Bank in Scandinavia, he told me wire transfers to and from USA are done everyday.
So it's no problems.
Especially if the sender in US use 1 of the larger banks. E.g.. wells Fargo as an example.

No offence Dan, but Choice Bank was an offshore bank in Belize.
They would have different procedures than Wells Fargo. Hence why I asked CB what bank they use.

But wire thru SWIFT/ BIC code and IBAN is usually safe and not much problems ( according to the bank in Scandinavia that do wire to USA and get from USA every day.
 
I have the same problem as nancy except that they wired me 4 times(4 payments) before and then they stopped doing it for vague reasons but it happened same time as nancy. It doesn't seem as coincidence. I provided them all the documents they needed and they failed my wire 3 times until I am forced to use paxum. Not doing wires is one thing, but not clarifying that they will never wire is totally unacceptable. They wasted my time and didn't care about.

Global wire services, and intermediary bank transfers to our industry, are not for granted. Establishing them and keeping them, are always prone to scrutiny. Even third party providers, have their share of hiccups. Banks in the USA as well, are not always unbiased towards us.
Mass payments are outsourced by lots of freelance platforms for a reason, and webcam sites, are at the end of the day, a freelance platform in my humble opinion.

After what happened with Choice Bank, I have to say sadly your right.
But for CB to not tell what bank they use is a bit odd, as that's not a business secret in any way.

IF there is in fact any problem models could contact the bank.
Now it's a mess with lots of emails to cb support asking for info that CB don't need.
And honestly nobody should give CB or MFC or other cam pages ( property tax paper, voting card, tax paper, and so on. ).

So it's still a question : what's happening with cb ?

They do offer wire transfer in their pay out section. ON their page.
But they don't do it.
Is this the third party ( the bank CB use )
Or is it CB that want to force models to use internet platforms such as Paxum and Cosmo.

CB also pay direct to US citizens, direct money transfer is that option.
That to me indicate that CB use an US Bank.
But maybe I'm dumb.

Either way CB could give honest replays when we as models ask. And not new excuses every time.
That to me indicate that's it's something fishy going on.

So what is really going on with CB and wire transfer pay to models outside USA??

Those 2 options are globally recognized and used every day, by businesses and private.
They not cause much problems either as there are wire transfered millions every day.

So like I said I did check with my Bank ( international dep. ) and Google it.

A few smaller banks may ask for additional info.
The money CB make I don't think they use a small family bank!

Furthermore to a Scandinavian country it's very problem free.

So this seems very fishy, and all the different excuses I got from CB...

Im sure that would be nice, but you must remember this is not a CB forum. We are lucky enough to have a CB staff member on the forums but she is here in her free time and I don't believe she is paid fir her time helping here, so any response from her is a bonus. If anyone expects an answer for anything they should always go to CB directly,.

What I saw was a post from a model outside USA, that sent more than 1 email to CB with no solution.

I must be crazy , because I thought models would help and support each other here.
But seems it is best to direct models straight to CB ( even they already tried that ).
But yeah I must be stupid as fuck.

She's quoting where you said that Chaturbate needs to address this thread personally and the fact that this is not a Chaturbate support website. Models will come in here and help you, but expecting a Chaturbate support team to scour these threads looking to help people is really unrealistic.

There's really no reason to insult yourself because you're upset. You're not dumb, you're frustrated. Have you spoken to Shirley? She tends to be the most helpful with Chaturbate problems.

I'm not a model and not the writer of this post.
So NO I don't contact support or Shirley regarding this.
All I say if CB have that problem they could reply it openly. As it seem to affect more than 1 model. ( I saw at least 2 models comment about this in this post ).

And I did post it in case Shirley see it here. Than she have the option to help / clarify things.
