What is the average time for Support to reply?

I recently found myself hit with an account ban and reached out to Support two days ago.

So far no response. Maybe I am being too impatient. What is the average response time for a reply from Support?

Honestly I've had anything from 30 minutes to 18 days... so I guess the average REALLY changes a lot..

CB support generally doesn't respond if it's a temp ban until the ban is over. They also generally don't reply in the middle of investigations.
