What Do Models Look For In A Site To Work For?

at least %50 percent of all $$ earned goes to the model anything less i think is unfair and i will not waste time trying to work there unless the traffic is so amazing it makes up for it.

Other than that, traffic. This is something the well established site offer, and since the market is so saturated we dont need to work elsewhere for the most part.

Traffic, Payout and a professional reputation in the industry.
If your representatives and recruiters cannot speak english well, are slow to respond or talk down to me I will not be impressed.
Having versitile options for payouts is important.
Not having to deal with chargebacks is a major one.
Having something unique that is not found elsewhere.

Very good customer support is huge for me.
Many of the sites out there send us copy-paste answers to questions or refuse to help unless we send them multiple e-mails.
Multiple ways for a model to make money is important as well. We like versatility, so I would look for a site that offers a variety of ways to work. For example, on MFC right now I can sell videos, pictures, underwear, my phone number, et cetera, and when I'm broadcasting I can choose between public, group, private and true private shows.
A site that only offered private shows, or only a few options, would be less appealing to me because it severely limits the ways I can work.

If the site's free video chat is mandatory or optional
No one wants to spend all night in free chat talking and teasing a room full of members who aren't spending. I love it when a cam site has decent traffic AND the option for me to cam in 'paid chat only' mode.
Pay frequency (daily...weekly...biweekly...monthly?)
Payment methods that the site offers (If a cam site only offers PayPal - which has a zero tolerance policy on adult transactions - that's obviously no good)

If there are only 2 - 3 models live on cam at any given moment, and each of them only have 3 people in their room, that really sucks big funky balls.
