Webcam software

I have a question about one of the MFC models "WhoreNickels". I noticed that whenever she gets tipped it triggers a sound/gif, also she has a set up where whoever tips, it appears on the cam feed automatically (unlike manycam where you manually have to type it in) I would like to know what software is required to do this. Thanks.

MFC is probably similar to Chaturbate. I get a noise automatically when I receive a tip & I have a bot (provided by CB) that say sends out a thank you notice when I get a tip.
