we just like to take it to a higher level. I know it looks a bit weird that i used holly's profile as an example. but that should be the standard here. I would love to show you all my work as a graphic designer in my daily life. But i can't put my clients websites on a porn website unfortunately

He replied "can", which means that he did not make HollieCakes profile. BUT, according to him/her/them - they can make a profile that is up to the standard hers is. So, NO, they did not make her profile.
