Hi I cammed for about a few weeks on myfreecam and then deleted my account. What I didn´t know was that the videos were automatically recorded in the room and uploaded to other websites. And I didn´t know that the private sessions were saved in the members accounts. I would really need help to get rid of this content of me out there. I have already contacted the support in freecam and the admin. I haven´t received any email from the admin yet and it has been 1 week. But the support told me to send the links to guardlex which I did and the support said that if I sent them the links they are doing their best to work on it and won´t reply when I sent links to them. I have also dmca reported all links in one a site and contacted other various sites about these photos/videos. I also went into the site DMCA.com and asked them. And they told me to send the links and then I will see if they can take care of it before I decide to make a payment if I do. But for that I have to pay 199 dollar for a proffesional takedown and 10 dollar for do it yourself (each month). And from what I read every website I would report would cost 199 dollar for me. So I´m not sure what to do yet and I´m feeling very upset about this. I also asked if it would work if I paid back my money to the site but no reply on that yet. I need suggestions and other tips about what other things I can do about this.

Just stick with guardlex as MFC instructed, if a site is DMCA compliant, they'll eventually get removed. Not all sites are compliant, though, so you'll have to face the fact that your content will be out there. It's part of the territory when you sign up to be a cam model.
As far as the private archives, that's in our contract (somewhere) that they give us when we first start MFC, and is not in your control now. Members paid for the private shows which include the private archive.

I know that MFC told us (models) about the private archives before we started (or had it posted where we could find it, etc etc). However, I wonder, if a model quits MFC, are her private archives still available for members? Or do they disappear? I'm just wondering because the PM logs/private archives update whenever someone changes their name, so if the name ceases to exist..... Know what I mean?
I guess the members might be able to answer that. After a model quit and her profile is deleted, can you still view your past privates with her?

All privates are still in our archives even if you quit. I can go back to my first privates and they are all still there, even with some models I know are long gone.
Also, as far as I know, If a model quits, her profile isn't deleted. She can change her name to something obscure to make it hard to find. She may also delete all her pictures and text, change all the remaining text, headers and background to the same color to make it look like there's nothing there. But her profile still exists; always. A member can just highlight it all with the mouse like we're going to copy/paste it to change the colors, and we can see the text that is still there then.
So you can quit mfc, but mfc never quits you. I think that's why our privates will always be in our archive.
Edit: Interesting tidbit. I just noticed one model I took private back in 2012. I know she quit for sure and she use to work for a studio. After she quit they changed her profile pic to a new woman they hired and kept her account going after a name change. Probably they took advantage of the camscore the original model had. I know they did this for sure. Looking at the comments on her profile they go right back to the date I had the private with her. They didn't even wait before switching her out. So that's another way a model can seemingly disappear I guess. Mycamgirl.net confirms it, her current name has one prior nickname; the one I knew in 2012.

Yes, people (not MFC) record public shows and sometimes private (spyable) and group shows and post them up on other sites.
MFC has "private archives". Any private show over 90 seconds (I believe that's the requirement, or it once was) is recorded for the member who buys the private show and kept in his chat archives. It's a perk that is included for the member in the relatively high and unchangeable cost of private shows on MFC.

Also remember that, since what models sign is a for-hire contract, MFC has no legal obligation to ever withdraw the content you provide from their website, or any future iterations or extensions of the website, for that matter. At least on paper.

They may have gotten rid of that. January of 2014 mfc kept disconnecting me during a private. So 'one' private turned into 7. But one of them was only 1 minute 18 seconds long. I can see it in my archives.

well thank you for that.. i just wish people wouldn't record shows.. like why would you do that? knowing that us girls who are working for money doesn't even see a penny of that? i find ridiculous and mfc should have a thing for that. i mean i know it comes with the territory of being a cam girl or what not but people shouldn't be able to record or get away with it.

My experience with this was when my fav model was shocked to learn she was being recorded. She told me about a certain site and was pissed because they were making money off of her. It was just out of the blue and think she was pretty ignorant, as was I (we started MFC at around the same time) so I searched the internet with her cam name, found the links and I came here for info. It wasn't my first time here--as a guest I researched models that were going nuts on me to see what I was doing wrong. Anyway, I don't think my fav knew about this forum or...even...reads it, which sucks---I plug your forum all the time. I used the link above (or one similar in the past) to tell her how to address the situation and I am not sure if it worked or if she even followed thru, though I do see google doing their part in link elimination.
I do have to say: She cancelled one MFC account (which she was paying a studio for their expertise in profile building, I believe)---and that seems to be gone forever---and She started over. Since that time, her old name on that bad site has tons of the videos being removed. Might be a lack of space on the server thing, I don't know? Apparently they keep the juicy pervy stuff (which I never seemed to be around for) but for the most part the boring videos of her saying "thank you to my name" after I tipped her for being awesome are gone. Soooo...I guess that videos are out there forever if someone wants to host them and they hope to make money?
Her new name has tons of vids now ...but her old name is slowing going away.. So...not sure if this helps or eases anyone's mind.

Once a Premium MFC member tips a model 1,000 tokens he gets 3 random pics from every private shows she does thereafter in his private gallery. The pics are small and not of the best quality. These pics stay in his private gallery permanently. Models can opt out of sharing these pics. A model I followed opt'd out and I did not get any of her pics after tipping her 1,000 tokens. Also a Premium members gets in his private gallery 3 random pics of from random mostly online model's private shows. These pics are not permanent changing at least everyday if not more often.
When a member becomes a premium he gets access to his chat archives which is a log of everything that was typed in the chat room while he was in the chat room including any pm he was in. If he does a true private with a model he can view that recording like you would view a vid on youtube. I can't remember if this is the same for a semi private. The access to vid is indexed thru the chat archives and are not to easy to find. A spy does not get access to the vid.

I think a lot of the videos of privates that are posted on other sites are recorded by MFC members that spy during privates.

Why would a model change the font to background when she can delete the profile or make it unavailable to be viewed? I read your post and feel like I am missing something.

What happened to music and movies has happened to people and many hold the view that everything on the internet is free game. But only because it is so easy to do now. Once the barrier was lowered it became a madhouse.

Mostly group shows at one time because it's cheaper but now it seems to be guys who setup servers to capture public shows.

Thanks for the link. I did not realize that the model owned the digital rights to their MFC content. The model I am following has a vid of one of her chat room session uploaded on porn hub.

I think porn hub is actually really good about taking things down if she simply just asks them, without having to do a formal DMCA. I could be wrong, but I think I remember hearing that.

Youre right amber. Just send a request to support@pornhub.com and link them the video and tell them it's stolen. They will have it down within 48 hours. And if the account has several stolen content vids they delete it entirely. Just be sure to ask them to take the page down and not just the vid otherwise it will pop up in search results and on other sites who feed from pornhub.
