Does anyone know how to properly fill out the W9 under an LLC? I want all the CB earnings under my LLC to make things easier around tax time. I've had this LLC since last year but I didn't end up doing anything with it so I've never filled out any tax forms under an LLC yet. This is honestly the third time filling out the W9 form based off what I've read and seen on google, and sending it to CB as requested. Every time I do this, they reply requesting me to fill out a W9 claiming they don't have it on file after (This will be my third time filling it out) I respond with my W9 form completed exactly as instructed. What do I have to do to get them to accept my W9 without them asking me to send one in over and over again. Any sense of direction is appreciated.
