verification problems

Hello dear @punker barbie!

i been having an issue about all of my accounts i been used for streaming has been suspended, it is says to me "my account is not verified" however it was already age verified a long time, casue i do streaming over 8 months ago. Just i don't know why, it is suspended for this, and requires Age verification again.

I did tried upload my id again and verify myself on the same method, but it still keep denies me and says "the person is ineligible for broadcast" and i just don't know why, i never violated any rules of chaturbate.

please @punker barbie help me to be get able to broadcast again.
