Unjustified Account suspension

Hi, our name on chaturbate is doubleseduction. Me and my girlfriend have only been using the site for 3 weeks and have been suspended. We have an idea why this was. After ending a private chat on chaturbate we allowed my sister into the room because she needed something. However, because the stream said that we were away we assumed that it would be okay for her to enter. We know that we have to verify every user that comes on the screen so because she wasn’t being seen, as it said we were away, we thought it would be fine. We feel as if this suspension is completely unjustified as we were following all the rules so please can someone help us.

The only way you would have been able to "get away" with this is if you had muted your microphone. If CB hears another person's voice -- be it the television, your neighbor screaming their head off outside of your window or someone in the next room that isn't registered, they ban your account. I assume you spoke to her, or she spoke to you and it was picked up by the monitoring software. I hope for your sake that she's at least 18.

So they would have only been able to hear the voice and not actually see her because the camera was off because we were away? So once we get her Id how long will it take to reinstate our account

Correct. First you need to officially email support requesting the reason for the ban and then once you get the response, upload her ID, respond to that email again and then wait. Could be 72 hours before it's unbanned.

We emailed them on Saturday via the request support page writing about the suspension and we are waiting for the reply. Do we need to specifically ask why we were suspended to get a reply faster?

No, you don't have to do that, just sit back and wait. Sending more emails will only delay the process.

You now have two different threads on this topic when you only needed this one thread, and Vixxen told you that you have to just wait, and don’t send them any more e-mails.
