Unfairly banned permanently on all CB accounts

Hello, everybody! Let's start with the beginning - to present myself and what I do... I do camming and I train cam girls, helping them with a good start... I try to help them go live together, trying to promote them. So, the same happened this time, but those girls put me in big trouble... I woke up banned on all accounts on Chaturbate. I sent messages to CB support from all my emails, but I think they banned my emails too because I do not receive any answers to my emails. I need to explain to them, to help them understand that I got an unfair ban on my person code because it was not me who ignored and broke the rules - the girls who were camming on my account as guests broke the rules. Can you help me with any contact from Chaturbate to pass to CB support?

Forgive how insensitive this may sound, but your account is your responsibility to make sure all people appearing on it follow TOS. I think to call it an "unfair" ban is inaccurate.

Hello! My person code is SwErYX on Chaturbate. Accounts banned: Bad__Babe, KateHavenBB, KateHeaven. The girls who got reports worked on account Bad__Babe added as guests (wildsquirt_4u and stacybabe_).

So, when a girl from a studio broke the rules, should Chaturbate ban all studio accounts? Actually, it's the same thing in my opinion. The difference between me and a usual studio owner is that I'm camming too, and the girls are working from a different IP location—not the same as mine.

You said they were camming on your account. That sounds different than a studio model under your studio broadcasting on their own account.

It showed in the email you quoted that there were numerous warnings and repeated violations, and that your main account was also not eligible for consideration of ban being removed, so it's possible that the rep here will either ignore you or state once again that they are unable to help further.

"As the payee on bad__babe, you were the owner of that account and responsible for all conduct through the account.

We are unable to assist further.

You were right, AmberCutie, and I was wrong thinking about I'm not responsible as the owner of the account and everybody is responsible for herself. But I also want to mention I didn't know they were using records again. They promised me they would not. One week before bad__babe and the girls were banned, they were suspended for the same reason for 2 weeks - they promised me and the support team that they would stop using records. As the CB team, I thought they would keep their promise. Well, now I pay for their ignorance by being banned permanently on my person and all accounts I have on Chaturbate for what happened on the bad__babe account.
Thank you for all your support, guys! Do you think I have any chance of CB unbanning me on my personal code and other accounts I have on Chaturbate and keeping only the bad__babe account banned? Because actually, the rules were broken by the girls on the bad__babe account.

I using my bad__babe account in the affiliate program also, and I have passive incomings as an affiliate on this account. So I will lose all passive incomings $$$ as an affiliate too with the bad__babe account banned.

Can I change topic? Delete unfair ban with banned for others' mistake on my account? Maybe this will inspire others not to make the same mistake as me and never let others work on their accounts.

I find it unlikely. It sounds like you're heading to MFC and/or a couple other token sites anyway and I think that's a better focus of your time. And take it or leave it, but my advice would be to focus on your own broadcasts and don't mess with trying to be a studio boss.

CB offers me a platform where I earned the most money as a cam girl, and I'm grateful for that. To make the money I made on CB, I think I should start working on multiple cam sites, and I hate this.
And all the promo I have done in the last 5 years on all porn sites such as Pornhub, Xvideos, Spankbang, etc. are redirected to my CB model link. I lost a lot of time and money on promo.
