Unable to tip

This is my first post, and i hadn’t been on Chaturbate in awhile and when I logged on the other day, I bought some tokens but it wouldn’t let me tip anyone.

I keep getting the error : "Unable to send tip. Contact support"

I tried to contact support via email, like 4 days ago and still didn't recieve an answer. No luck :/

I will appreciated any help on this topic.
