Looking for some assistance, I was working on setting up a new computer and camera for CB streaming with the room locked to do some testing.
I saw some sort of notification and didn't think much of it but then my test stream was taken offline. It appears my account is now suspended but I found this out only after I was attempting to transfer tokens between accounts. Essentially preventing me from moving a fairly significant number of tokens that are now "trapped" on the suspended account.
I have opened a case with support #20337650 and would appreciate some assistance getting this matter addressed. I'm not confident I'll get a timely response otherwise.
