Last night I purchased tokens and spend them on models. Tonight, I am returning purchasing the same amount of tokens but after purchase, when I try to tip it says "Unable to tip. Please contact support." So I sent an email to support.
Through google, I found this site and also another thread that recommended reuploading their ID. I did that as well and it has been processed, however I am still receiving the error message when trying to tip models.
