Unable to send tip

Hello

I hadn’t been on CB in awhile and when I logged on the other day, I bought some tokens but it wouldn’t let me tip anyone.

I tried to buy their pics as well, but it appears I cannot do that as well. I keep getting the error : unable to send tip. Contact support.

I contacted support and even googled it to see if I could troubleshoot myself, but it brought me here. please help
