Hi, My account name is Ice0071. I have requested support for the same but I have not heard back. I have tried clearing cookies and such as well as tried on different browsers. I even opened a new account but that too is facing the same issue. Sometimes when i login, i get a 403 forbidden error, but i still am able to access my account. I can view rooms, and my tokens but i am not able to send tip. If i enter a room, I am able to post messages that are only visible to me. I can see myself in the list of users but others cannot see me.
